Response Handling

Response handling can take many forms from simply receiving and counting to product despatch with full auditable tracking. The key to good response handling is good clean, accurate and timely information which can be acted upon to determine future requirements or strategies.



Receiving requests

These can come in various forms of communication, mail, phone or email. Daily control totals of what are received and period totals are always available.



Processing

The communication is first processed by being input to a computer system where like requests are accumulated for onward processing. The data can be stored, a database updated or amended, more information requested or product despatched. Audit trails are maintained so that all aspects of the process can be monitored and accounted for.
